TMCC conversion of my American Models DC HR Pacific. I was really pleased with the smooth operation of the engine with TMCC. It is a real sweatheart to operate, and has lots of room for installation. This would be a great first TMCC installation for a beginner. The only thing tedious about this installation is the chuff trigger, and with a little guidance that is not difficult.

The two pictures above illustrate the simplicity of the DC wiring in the AM Pacific

I did a temporary installation to see how the DC commander performed with the Pacific. I debated about installing the Cruise Commander, but elected to save the Cruise unit for my other American Models Northern.

After completing the tests the final installation was completed and is shown in the pictures below:

As  you can see there is a lot of room in the Pacific tender.
